Key Personnel
Stewart L. Halliday
Stewart is a true professional with many years of global business
experience and extensive knowledge on how businesses "tick". He
has acted as a consultant for the Federation of Small Businesses
representing small businesses at various UK governmental Select Committees,
and is a Business Adviser for Small Business Start-up Schemes, Business
Links, and The Prince's Trust. His enthusiasm, energy, and foresight has
enabled Adventus to grow into a successful Business Consultancy and his
attention to the provision of excellent client service has ensured that a
high standard of service levels is assured.
Paul T. Shaw
Paul has gained extensive experience in the developing world, working in Malawi, a Least
Developed Country. Having worked in many project areas including commercial, developmental,
government and education, particularly in the finance ICT and security fields Paul is able
to offer accurate and detailed assessments of potential projects in related fields and to
assess the viability of ICT components in any project. With the success or failure of many
undertakings now dependent on the efficiency of their communications, an accurate assessment
of their viability is an essential part any project appraisal.
Ian W. Halliday
Ian Halliday has recently joined our staff, bringing a 'Hands On', Results-Oriented INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE with extensive experience in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries, and in consultancy, in China, the Far East and South Africa.
He has twelve years experience in negotiating, starting and developing companies in China, with exceptional skills in business development, people management and problem solving while being sensitive to different cultural environments.
With the commitment and determination to succeed, his achievements have included: the management of an investment in excess of $20 million building a high tech manufacturing and marketing company from grass roots in an extremely difficult environment, negotiating a company with an investment of $30 million and, 'turning around' a company achieving profitability with a market share over 50%.
Amber Collins
Amber Collins also recently joined our staff, bringing with her years of business experience
and four plus years of website design and development. Having worked for several Fortune 500
Companies along with a variety of others, she understands businesses and their website
needs. She has a highly developed creative side along with a broad knowledge of the possiblities
which exist for website design. She will develop a site for you which is totally unique and eye catching
as well as highly functional meeting your needs as well as those of your customer. She has extensive

Andrew MacDonald
Andrew joins Adventus Limited with a wealth of global knowledge and
experience on the Property Management sector including Lettings, Body
Corporates, Maintenance, Security Management, Contract Management,
Management Rights, Management Agreements, etc. He is joining to head up
our Property Management division and to develop our unique security system
allowing Property Owners to view their property at any time from any
location/
